Spring is the most beautiful time of the year. When we talk about spring season, we think about flowers, birds and butterflies. Similarly, we can even think about spring nail arts. You can sport a floral printnail art or any other bright colored nail art for the season. For the base color, you can use pastel color nail polishes. In absence of pastel or neon color nail polishes, you can very well use colors like orange, yellow, bright pink, green and blue.Today, I will show you two spring nail art designs which are quite easy to create.
1. Spring Floral Nail Art:
This nail art is very easy to do, even for amateurs. You can recreate this with your own color of choice.
Things You Need:
- Base coat (optional)
- Skin colored nail polish
- Orange colored nail polish Blue colored nail polish
- Transparent nail polish
- A few caviar beads in silver
- Acrylic colors in yellow, orange and light green
- A thin nail art brush
- A toothpick
- A transparent polish
Step 1:
- Use a base coat to prevent nails from chipping and staining.
- Follow it up with a skin colored nail polish.
Step 2:
- I have used orange nail polish for 3 finger nails and blue nail polish for the other 2. You can use colors of your own choice as well.
Step 3:
- Take a toothpick and add 5 to 6 dots in a floral shape. Don’t join them with each other or to the centre.
- Use orange acrylic color for the dots over the blue polish and yellow colored dots over the orange polish.
Step 4:
- Use a little transparent polish on to the centre of the flowers.
- Put silver caviar beads at the centre of each flower.
Step 5:
- Take your thin nail art brush and light green color. Draw up some leaves. Allow it to dry.
- Apply a nice layer of transparent top coat.
- You can sport this nail art with almost every outfit which has bright colors or floral prints in it. This is a brilliant nail art for daytime.

2. Monarch Butterfly Nail Art:
While talking about spring time and flowers, the next thing that came to my mind was butterflies. Hence, I did a monarch butterfly nail art. This is a gorgeous nail art. This can be beautifully done with a little extra time and precision.
Things You Need:
- A base coat (optional)
- A skin colored nail polish
- A pink nail polish of your choice
- Black acrylic paint
- White acrylic paint or white nail polish
- A toothpick
- A thin nail art brush
- A transparent topcoat
Step 1:
- Use a base coat.
- Follow it up with a skin colored nail polish for making the base more opaque. It will also help protect your nails further.
- Let it dry and then use 1 or 2 layers of your favorite pink nail polish.
Step 2:
- Take your black acrylic paint and your nail art brush.
- Paint water droplet designs like shown below. You need to maintain a good shape but don’t worry about the unevenness at the sides. These will get covered up in the next step.

Step 3:
- Cover up the spaces with black acrylic color.
Step 4:
- Let the black color dry completely.
- Now, take your toothpick and add a few dots with white acrylic color like shown in the picture below.
- Once dry, seal this beautiful design with a transparent top coat.
